Yes — Kiyomi boards are dishwasher safe. For best results, place them on the top rack and use a gentle cycle with water temperatures below 50 °C. Prolonged exposure to high heat can affect the integrity of the recycled material. When in doubt, hand washing with warm soapy water is always a safe choice.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To start a return, please email us at hello@getkiyomi.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Absolutely. Our boards are non-porous, which makes them safe for raw meat. That said, we recommend dedicating a board specifically for meats to prevent cross-contamination.

Kiyomi boards are low-maintenance. Wash after each use, avoid cutting directly on extremely hot surfaces, and store flat or upright. A soft cloth or towel can keep them looking fresh.
