    Shipping within Canada

    Standard shipping (5–10 business days)

    Faster delivery via Xpresspost or equivalent.

    Order processing

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
    • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
    • Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

  • Kiyomi boards are crafted from recycled HDPE — a high-quality, FDA-approved plastic that’s non-porous, BPA-free, and safe for everyday use. Designed for durability and ease of care, our boards are both food-safe and planet-conscious.

  • At this time, we only ship within Canada. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

  • For best results, we recommend hand washing Kiyomi boards with mild soap and warm water. Repeated exposure to the high heat of a dishwasher may affect the integrity of the recycled material over time, so avoiding the dishwasher can help extend the life of your board.

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To start a return, please email us at hello@getkiyomi.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.

    Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Absolutely. Our boards are non-porous, which makes them safe for raw meat. That said, we recommend dedicating a board specifically for meats to prevent cross-contamination.

  • Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

    • Canadian orders: track your shipment directly on the Canada Post website.
    • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

  • Wash before first use. Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, and avoid the dishwasher to help extend the life of your board. Do not place hot pans or bakeware directly on the surface, and keep away from direct heat or hot stovetops. Store flat or upright. For extra stability while cutting, place a damp towel underneath.

  • We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at hello@getkiyomi.com as soon as possible.

    If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes, but we will do our best to assist you.

  • Kiyomi boards are made with rich, lasting pigments. With proper care, they’ll retain their vibrancy. For tougher stains (like turmeric), a gentle baking soda paste works wonders.
