Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@getkiyomi.com with your order details.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us immediately at hello@getkiyomi.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time. If you do not see your refund within 15 business days, contact us at hello@getkiyomi.com.
